Sarah lives and breathes the fitness world and has done since taking her first fitness course at the age of 17! Sarah works full time running, Spinning® and Peak Pilates® in the UK and counts her Personal Training clients as some of her best friends. Sarah is an international presenter in fitness and travel, in the hope of inspiring others. Sarah is a biomechanics freak and incorporates this wherever she can help people overcome injury or improve sports performance. Sarah loves Yoga and is passionate about fusion music so in her class you are likely to get a taste of the eclectic lands in the rhythms and beats. Sarah loves helping people achieve goals so don't forget to let her know when you walk in the room whether you're an athlete, or a new H2er!
