Scott's experience ranges from playing semi professional football, training for Valencia F.C. and completing many gruelling cross country events to playing Rugby for the Navy and gaining a scholarship to play Football in America. Now, Scott is a fully qualified and highly motivated Personal Trainer.
Scott's philosophy is that he's here to reach your goals with you, so every session he delivers will be extremely challenging. Exercise should not be easy and should involve a variety of training styles, but of course the sessions will also be enjoyable.

A talented all-round athlete in his younger days, Ian pursued a career in print and graphic design before finally making the change back to the thing he has loved for so many years. "I could run all day, loved sports and being physically active, but the idea of getting a job to do with sport or fitness never really occurred me. I thought the only people who made a living out of it were footballers."
Youth training in Boxing and Judo helped lay the foundations for his passion for functional training and combat based fitness, which he strongly believes can help people of all abilities achieve both physical and mental wellbeing. A big fan of old school Calisthenics (body weight training), Ian's philosophy is: "Keep it simple, make it intense, have fun".
A Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Hatton ABC Advanced Boxing Trainer, Ian is also a Boxercise®, TRX®, Kettlebells and MMA fitness instructor.
While pursuing a career in a major bluechip City company, Kadafi was inspired by a young lady performing overhead squats at her own bodyweight (63Kg).
He took on weightlifting and was fortunate to train under Gilles Greenwood’s guidance. CrossFit™ taught him to always take care of his own weaknesses but also taught him humility.
Kadafi coaches movements on all its form, from body weight to gymnastics and complex lifts. Kadafi brings together his experience in Olympic lift, Kettlebells, endurance sports and even dance to develop his art of coaching.
Jonny has a clear understanding of the standards expected with elite personal training. This is partnered with Jonny's keen interest in specific training for every individual, including sports specific weight loss, toning, nutrition, core stability, postural analysis, strength conditioning and hypertrophy.

Tom has been a PT for 2 years . He used to work in the corporate world but his passion for and background in fitness and sport , eventually won him over .
Tom spent time in the Royal Navy and spent ten years rowing at a high level . Competing at Henley and winning gold medals at the national championships are his highlights . He's also raced and had some success in triathlons.
Tom believes that his sporting / military background gives him a excellent insight into what clients are going through physically and how that feeds into their sessions . Coupled together with a highly intuitive approach to sessions that uses his athletic knowledge to bring about the best in clients and get them working at levels they didn't realise were achievable.
Nika has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and after 7 years she decided to complete her training in Thailand with Vari Morales. Nike teaches Ashtanga style yoga, it’s a set sequence of flowing postures, synchronizing breaths with flow movement. Nika loves to surf and being barefoot, she would consider herself a beach bum!
Stevie is a certified Olympic weightlifting coach among other things. He has been in the fitness industry for 7 years and during that time has developed a vast amount of knowledge for functional movement and the bio-mechanics of the body. He specialises in primal movement patterns and making sure that you move better. More importantly, that you are also having fun!
