H2 BIKE COORDINATOR

We are looking for a full time Bike Coordinator for our Club in Victoria


Reporting to the Club Manager & our Giant St Paul’s Store Manger you will be responsible for the Bike Park, Workshop & Bike Retail at the club as well as support the crew with member enquiries at the club when necessary

Roles & Responsibilities
As part of each club team you will complete the following activities required at the club:
  • Ensuring safety & security of the bike park. Checking bike tags and locks and querying discrepancies with members
  • Propose & achieve monthly revenue targets across maintenance, repairs, upgrades and retail
  • Scheduling of workshop activity to ensure efficient use of working week while turning around jobs in a timely manner
  • Availability during peak times to assist members with air, minor adjustments and identification of any required repairs
  • Management of extra casual resource to assist during busy periods to help clear through workshop jobs
  • Working with Giant St Paul’s Store Manager to stock appropriate lines to maximize retail opportunities
  • Carry out stock management activities to ensure correct ordering, receipt and labeling of stock for sale
  • Management of bike displays and demo bikes as part of the sales process
  • Ability to respond & resolve to membership enquiries if required
  • Contribution to H2 Clubs events with basic maintenance workshops, tube replacement demonstrations

Required skills and experience:
  • Minimum 3 years workshop experience
  • 1 year bike retail experience
  • Experience in customer service industries

We are looking for full time Business Development & Account Manager for our clubs in Soho & Victoria


Reporting to our Managing Director you will be responsible for implementing developing new business opportunities with Corporate accounts and strategic partnerships to assist Sales & Marketing activities across H2 Clubs.

Roles & Responsibilities
Working with the Club Managers you will develop & manage corporate accounts and support the teams to complete all sales & marketing activity as required at the clubs including but not limited to:
  • Lead generation through analysis of Corporate opportunities and strategic partnerships with key brands & local businesses
  • Identify other business development opportunities through strategic partnerships with key brands & local businesses
  • Develop the H2 Corporate Wellness offering & roll this out across existing and new relationships
  • Manage key Corporate accounts to ensure maximum revenue is achieved and retention of Corporate members are maintained
  • Manage the account performance process across all clubs to KPIs and support the club teams to generate more business from existing client base
  • Manage the Sales process and performance to KPI’s
  • Lead, develop & motivate the club teams to create a sales focused culture & achieve targets
  • Develop PR opportunities through strategic fitness industry relations and brand ambassadors
  • Keep all marketing collateral up to date, including web pages, brochures, club posters, leaflets to reflect current offers & campaigns
  • Write & review high quality, relevant copy to be used in all email communications, blog articles, web content and any other external publications
  • Regular review & analysis of competitor’s service, pricing, marketing approaches and recommend any tactical actions for H2
  • Using the Club teams to develop the schedule of Club events ensuring good content, engagement and provide a spotlight for classes, instructors & partners

Required skills and experience:
  • Minimum 2 years proven sales & account management experience hitting agreed targets and driving sales activities from lead generation campaigns
  • Experience in customer facing industries across sports, leisure & hospitality but not limited to
  • Experience managing & hosting events – nice to have
  • Exceptional customer service. A “nothing too much” attitude
  • Excellent face-to-face, telephone & email etiquette and confidence interacting with members
  • Excellent use of IT systems including Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point
  • High levels of competency on all social media channels including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube as well
  • Qualifications in Sports is preferable but not mandatory

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day operation & growth of the Club

  • Overall responsibility for hitting Club Sales & Retention targets
  • Management of Club Marketing & Events including daily activity across all social media channels to strongly represent the brand, vibe and community at H2
  • Manage lead generation activities to unlock new Corporate relationships & local business to partner with
  • Management of daily Club Administration
  • Dealing with all Member issues and complaints
  • Continuously improving Operational Practices to run an efficient model and looking for cost reductions opportunities where possible
  • Improving the decoration and cleanliness of the club and ensuring all repairs are identified and carried out in a timely manner
  • Ensuring that all Gym equipment is kept in good working order
  • Daily operational & cleaning walk rounds
  • Managing relationships with Suppliers to ensure they are delivering within agreed service levels and at efficient cost
  • Manage recruitment and Induction of all new team members
  • Management of studio timetables & instructors

Required skills and experience:
  • 12 months experience managing teams through a previous managerial or team leader role
  • Minimum of 12 months office, reception or admin experience.
  • ‪12 months proven sales experience in a target driven environment
  • 12 months successful operational management experience within service industries
  • Experience reporting to HQ and meeting your targets
