Want to lunch run or train in the park and need somewhere a quality shower at the right price?
Our running routes offer a range of routes through Regents Park, Hyde Park or Green Park. We have 3, 5 and 7 mile routes and cater for all levels. Click on the links for your running route or come to the club and collect a card with the Nike+ routes. Regent Park 3 mile and 5 mile run Hyde Park 3 mile and 5 mile run Green Park 3 mile and 5 mile run Hyde Park and Green Park 7 mile run H2 Run Club with Nike+ #makelunchcount every Tuesday at 13.00pm. 3 and 5 mile runs complete with pacers on hand to also offer advice. H2 have our own Nike+ docking station recording all your runs and training at the club. So train alone or with friends and use H2 as your base. Constant news, tips and challenges are available on the Nike+ wall in the club. At H2 the treadmills are in the park! H2 TRX: The ultimate core work out. Only H2, Third Space and Heart Core offer these classes in W1.
H2 Power Pilates: inspired by Joseph Pilates we combine mat pilates and TRX offering a bespoke sports based pilates class. H2KO: a boxing based work out providing the perfect compliment to that cycle, run or SPIN® .
H2 Circuits: A challenging fast-paced workout combination of TRX, Kettle Bells and Cardio Drills. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps at your own pace. H2 Group training offers affordable training by the best trainers in town. Individual personal training sessions
Led by our elite trainers Scott and Andreea we create bespoke exercise programmes for client's.
Have one to one personal training or train in a group. An affordable way to gain access to Personal Coaching ensuring a competitive but fun way to improve your performance, reach your targets and increase fitness.
