'As you all know over the last few years Triathlons have become a big part of my life and a great way to train for F1 and keep fit in general. Having talked about it for a while I'm now delighted to say I'm hosting my own triathlon for the Jenson Button Trust.
The inaugural Jenson Button Trust Triathlon takes place on Sunday 19th August at the stunning Luton Hoo estate in Bedfordshire and I want you to all to join me by taking part and teaming up to help raise money for a fantastic charity in Help For Heroes.
For a special H2 Bike Run challenge I'd like you to come and compete with me in the Triathlon! As you'll see from the distances this isn't about being an Ironman, this is about pushing yourself a little but having fun at the same time! There will be a bbq, band, prizes and a free pint for everyone taking part. What more do you need on a Sunday afternoon in August??
