A practice focused on flexibility, core strength and balance which is the perfect cross-training workout for runners, cyclists, spinners and gym go-ers. In cycling, the quadriceps, hamstrings and hips never rest. As a result riders often have over developed quads and tight hamstrings, which can pull the hips out of alignment. Also a rider's spine is constantly flexed forward. If proper form isn't maintained, it can result in muscle pain and strain the back and shoulders. This unique yoga class will help ease the tightness, creating core strength and aligning the spine.
Regular attendance develops better results and compliments Spinning®, cycling, running and other cross-training activities, making you move and feel better.
Classes are 45 minutes and have a maximum of 12 people per class.
Classes are free for H2 Fit members. Prices start from £6 per 45 minute class for monthly members and from £12.50 for Pay as You Use members. Please see H2 Fit Credits for prices.
